I thought I would share with everyone a great diet idea that involve eating a lot of cottage cheese to lose weight. Cottage cheese has a lot of protein and very little fat, so it fits in with the whole idea of eating less fat than protein. The great thing about a cottage cheese diet is that it tastes good on everything that Ranch dressing would be good on. So next time you eat pizza put cottage cheese on it instead of ranch dressing. Ranch is almost pure fat and one of the worst things you could put in your body. So to lose some extra pounds cut out ranch from your diet and replace it with cottage cheese.
Here is a great meal that you can try. Cook chicken in the over and season it with lemon pepper. Then when the chicken is ready to eat simply add cottage cheese and it tastes great, provides you with tons of protein and has very little fat.
